With a background in synchronized swimming and a love for open water swimming, Sarah has taken on challenges like swimming around Alcatraz Island and the Hudson River 10K in NYC. She's also a Registered Yoga teacher, certified Pilates Instructor, Crossfit and Crossfit Kids trainer, level two Parkour coach certified by World Freerunning and Parkour, and a USA Weightlifting Coach.
Sarah's adventures have been featured on several reality shows, including America Ninja Warrior and the Emmy award-winning season of Amazing Race, where she and her team won $10,000. She's also been featured on various local news programs with children's yoga classes, paddleboard fitness classes, and even on the cover of Phoenix Magazine.
